Professor Eve Levin Honored at ASEEES Convention

Professor Eve Levin was honored at the recent Association for Slavic, East European & Eurasian Studies convention in San Francisco, with two roundtables devoted to her productive and influential career. The roundtables reflected on her groundbreaking publications, such as Sex and Society in the World of the Orthodox Slavs, 900-1700, her important contributions to the study of popular religion, faith healing, and the history medicine, her work as editor of The Russian Review, and her mentorship of numerous graduate students over the years.
